PROJECT FINANCE: For clients with 10% or more of their requirement in cash, or other collateral, our lenders will effectuate a 100% credit line for your loan paired to your required draw schedule, they are a private lender for any commercial project valued over 60K. Some lenders offer 100% Project Finance over 3 to 5 years, rates as low as LIBOR + 0.5%, terms as long as 25 years, custom payment schedules. The rates and terms offered under these programs are quiet possibly the most attractive rates available worldwide. Lending available in the US as well.
