Bulldog Capital Funding is a referral and principal only firm specializing in providing strategically tailored solutions that create massive results for our clients. We work directly with you to ensure your loan request meets the guidelines of our consortium. If you are serious about your loan request, then you will be serious about our process.
Submission Policy
Ever know a bank to lend based on a “What if scenario, without talking to the principal or having the proper documentation required”?” Neither have we!
We have a very clear and defined process. As you would like your project and funding request taken seriously, you should have no problem providing what is required to begin our process. Provide all documentation at one time, not piece-mail. Documentation should be sent to the fax or email provided by BCF and should be a clean and clear scan. Any documentation that is not clearly legible will be returned as an incomplete submission. We require direct principal communication, so if you are a broker submitting a project, you must have direct principal contact or we can not accept your project.
Step 1. Make Formal Contact.
A. Client Intake Form– Please email us directly at info [AT] bulldogcapitalgroup.com and request our “Client Intake Form” (4 simple Pages) or complete the contact form on the “For Quick Response” page.
B. Bank Statements / Proof of Instruments / Assets– Required to verify collateral, assets and financial institutions held by. If you say you have a BG, SBLC or MTN, then your Bank Statement will show this. Also provide a history of funds statement, how were the funds/assets earned.
C. Use of Funds Letter / Schedule of Disbursements – How do you plan to use the funds, for what source and what is your disbursement schedule? Please provide separate detailed sheet.
Step 2. Conference Review.
BCF may take up to 48 hours for initial review of submission due to our volume. We will contact you to schedule a conference review of your submission. Upon acceptance of clients file a Formal Engagement will be required and we will begin working on your personal strategy to create your funding requirements.

Brokers & Intermediaries: Brokers and Intermediaries looking to submit files to Bulldog Capital Funding, LLC are more then welcome to do so under these caveats. (1) Submitting Broker / Intermediary must be no more then 1 off from the principal. Multiple Brokers, Daisy Chains of Brokers and Intermediaries are not covered under our process. You will be responsible for those parties directly. (2) Direct Principal Contact and Conference is required with the client. (3) Brokers / Intermediary’s follow our submission process and provide what is required. Also you acknowledge not to piece-mail us “What If Scenarios” unless you have direct principals with actual transactions. (4) BCF does not provide marketing materials, training materials, pricing matrix, rate sheets or any documentation outlining the confidential process of our firm. We take direct referrals only and design a unique process for each client.
